Your Body Is Sacred
Your body is a gift, not a project to be fixed.
The promise
When you treat your body as sacred, you stop using it to prove your worth and start caring for it out of love.
Your children's relationship with their bodies forms early and is heavily shaped by what they see online — and by what they hear you say about your own body.
How to support
Avoid comments about weight and appearance, even joking ones. Talk about health, energy and self-respect rather than looks, and create a safe space to talk about sexuality without shame.
To start the conversation
- 1“Do you feel pressure to look a certain way? Where does it come from?”
- 2“Is there anything about your body or growing up you'd like to ask without feeling judged?”
- 3“What makes you feel good and full of energy?”
Today's pressures
Negative body image, exposure to sexual content and pornography, eating disorders, and constant comparison.
